For March, Prescott College Theatre and Tomorrow's Theatre Tonight present Emmy-award-winning writer Barry Teicher's one-act play, The Ballad of Billy Echo, an examination of First Amendment rights. The action revolves around three guards who try to extract a confession from a person who may or may not be guilty of what may or may not have been a crime.
